Shia LaBeouf's booking photo made public following Mardi Gras arrest

Shia LaBeouf was recently photographed in a mug shot following his arrest after a bar fight during Mardi Gras festivities this week.

Released mugshots from the New Orleans authorities show LaBeouf looking rather gloomy, really “even Stevens.”

A spokesperson for LaBeouf did not respond right away to inquiries from Page Six.

LaBeouf, at 39, was taken into custody early Tuesday morning and brought to the Orleans Parish Jail in Louisiana after getting into a heated altercation while celebrating Mardi Gras in New Orleans.

He was charged with two counts of simple battery related to this incident.

A police report made public on Thursday indicated that LaBeouf reportedly shouted slurs at two men involved in a dispute.

According to the same report, LaBeouf also used derogatory language while striking the men and continued to hurl insults even after officers arrived on the scene.

LaBeouf reportedly remarked, “These charges landed me in prison. I’m a Catholic.”

Footage of the incident appears to show the actor headbutting one of the men, who, despite saying he didn’t want to fight, might have injured his nose in the altercation.

Hours post-arrest, LaBeouf was seen going about his day as if nothing had happened, joking about his legal troubles by dancing with papers in his mouth.

The day after, Page Six captured exclusive images of him jogging and preparing to attend church on Ash Wednesday.

Following his release, he playfully tweeted, “Release me.”

In a somewhat related note, it was reported that LaBeouf separated from his wife, Mia Goth, nearly a year ago, a detail that came to light soon after his arrest.

Goth, 32, is said to be hopeful that LaBeouf will seek help for his issues, especially in light of this recent incident as they share a 3-year-old daughter, Isabella.

The couple married in 2016, a few years after they initially met while filming “Nymphomaniac: Vol. II” in 2012.
