Judge James Boasberg issued an injunction to force the Trump administration to turn around flights carrying suspects allegedly members of Venezuela's gang.
And President Donald Trump is not happy.
“If the president doesn't have the right to throw murderers or other criminals, then the radical left-mad judge wants to take on the role of president, so if it comes out of our country, our country has a very big problem and is destined to fail!” Trump wrote in a post on the True Society.

“They committed acts of war, they committed invasions, they committed invasions, so the president has all the rights to expel them in El Salvador, as he did,” Wheeler says.
Not only does Wheeler believe that Trump has all the rights to do what he has done, but the judge trying to stop him has a questionable background that sheds a bit of light on his motivations.
“We have shocking information about his background. He is very relevant to the order he gave, this non-gi order,” Wheeler says. “This judge was a member of the corrupt FISA court.”
“You remember the FISA Court, the FISA court that loaded illegal spy warrants against Trump with rubber during the Russiagate hoax. Boasberg was one of the judges signing it.
In these FISA warrants, an FBI lawyer named Kevin Clinesmith created evidence to make it seem like Trump's former foreign adviser, Carter Page, is conspiring with the Russians.
Clinesmith was convicted of making evidence, but he never served a day in prison.
“Judge James Boasberg personally declared Klein Smith,” explains Wheeler. “He confirmed that FBI lawyer Clinesmith had never seen the inside of a prison cell phone in a single day, despite Clinesmith's attempt to overthrow the elected US government through fake evidence and manufactured warrants that Boasberg's FISA court had been perfectly successful.”
“This is the same judge who is trying to surpass his authority for the same purpose in order to destroy Donald Trump,” she adds.
