The Trump administration appears to be preparing for a showdown with the federal court system after yet another judge threw a hat into the ring to oppose the much-anticipated change of the American people.

“What we saw in Iowa is a court that thought it had the power to be its own unelected, permanent constitutional treaty, just as it has been allowing it to exist for decades. But here's it. We've now become the fact that we are allowing too much madness to continue, so now we can do it.
Deace does not consider this to be a matter of authority rather than a legal theory.
“Who is really in charge of the United States? And it's not one branch with the others. It's really whether we have our people. Do we exist for the government, do we exist for the system, or do we exist for the government and the system exist for us?” Deace asks.
“That's really the heart of discussion,” he continues. “We fought a revolutionary war over the shortage of agencies and representation, as the British were essentially evicted from their own citizenship. And are you claiming that the system you set up after the fact is intended to be replaced with the exact same thing?”
