“We're always finding something that challenges us. We're always busy, but it's fun. We're running around town, running into cities, doing all of our things, gathering together. It's going to happen,” Kosteck said.

Kostek shared that she and Gronkowski are trying to spend as much time as possible with French bulldog Ralphie.

On Friday, Sports Illustrated swimsuit models Kostek, Sims, Christen Goff and Katie Austin hosted a special SiriusXM broadcast at Media Row before the Super Bowl. The game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles will take place in New Orleans on Sunday.

Kostek was the first link to Gronkowski in 2015. They first met in 2013 when the model was a cheerleader and Gronkowski was in her third season with the New England Patriots.

In May, Kostek revealed to Fox News Digital the NFL rules that he had a connection with Gronkowski.

“When you can line up your schedule, it's exciting,” Kosteck said. “We have Press Week, and then we squeeze dinner together, squeeze bagels together on the park bench, and even 30 minutes it becomes a romantic movie. But that's it. I think we are living, we support each other, whether we are far away or the same.

“We're so excited just to go to a charity event,” she added. “We recently did a gala we dressed up. We looked at each other. 'When was the last time you dressed up?' And he said, 'I thought this was the date. I'll do that.” And I said, “It's a date.”

“We're always looking forward to the schedule [matching]. Whenever they find time on a schedule that has a week's break, they book a trip. I am thinking of going to Greece in the second half of July. Now we're very excited about it. It will be our romantic time. In the meantime, we are dog moms and dads and enjoy being on the go,” she said in May 2024.
