Snoop Dogg is reportedly set to make big bucks at the Paris Olympics.
The Grammy-nominated rapper is reportedly making $500,000 a day as a correspondent for NBC and Peacock during the Olympics.
“I was sitting next to an NBC executive at dinner and he said Snoop was getting $500,000 a day in salary and expenses to promote the Olympics,” says X-user @henrylmcnamara, a partner at venture capital firm Great Oaks and on Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list. Sports business reporter Darren Lovell had a similar sentiment.

The Olympics will be a 16-day competition with a total prize purse of $8 million.
This does not take into account the additional days and expenses spent in Paris for pre- or post-production work.
Snoop (real name Calvin Broadus Jr.) has yet to directly address the rumors.
The hip-hop legend reposted a video of 5-year-old rap sensation Savannah McConaughey on his Instagram Story on Monday.
“Thanks for the half a million dollars, but today’s going to be a great day,” she said, singing along to Snoop’s song.
2024 Paris Olympics
Snoop has been spotted all over the Paris Olympics, which runs until August 11th.
On Monday, he performed at the Team USA House in Paris for the Olympic Basketball Celebration, presented by NBCUniversal and the NBA.
He served as a torchbearer at the opening ceremony on July 26, running the torch relay through the streets of Saint-Denis, a suburb north of Paris.
Snoop later served as color commentator for the badminton match between the United States and China on July 28.

The 52-year-old music mogul also filmed the NBC show this week alongside his best friend Martha Stewart.
