Rapper Snoop Dogg has expressed support for President-elect Trump.
The “Gin and Juice” rapper took to the stage at the pre-inauguration event, the Crypto Ball, and had the crowd dancing to several of his hit songs.
From Journey's “Don't Stop Believin'” to Bob Marley's “Three Little Birds (Don't Worry About a Thing),” Snoop has been a DJ, inspiring Trump supporters and inspiring positivity through music. He sent an inspirational message. He also performed some of his hits, including “Drop It Like It's Hot.”

Video of prolific rapper surfaces social media Snoop looks carefree in Washington, DC, wearing a black jacket with gold buttons and a bow tie. He completed his look with matching gold-rimmed sunglasses.
Other notable guests included rapper Rick Ross and UFC star Colby Covington, both of whom posted about their relationships with Snoop.

The “Young, Wild, Free” rapper performed after recently changing his tune about President-elect Trump.
Years after Snoop appeared on “The Apprentice” in 2007, he mocked Trump by calling him a clown in a music video. In the video for his 2017 song “Lavender,” Snoop depicts President Trump as a clown and shoots him in the head.

Snoop also drew laughs when he railed against President Trump in 2011.
During an appearance on the Big Boy radio show in 2020, Snoop argued that Trump should not be president.
“I've never voted a day in my life, but I'm going to vote this year because I can't stand to see these punks in power for another year,” the rapper said.big boys neighborhood Real 92.3. ”
The 53-year-old rapper explained that he believed he wasn't allowed to vote at the time because of his criminal record. Snoop was convicted of felonies in 1990 and 2007.

XXL Magazine shared a video clip on social media in which the rapper rip-offs Trump and his supporters, writing, “Donald Trump is a freak as hell. If you voted for him, I have no problem with it. No. But if you're still with him, you are.”

However, after years of criticizing the president-elect and his supporters, Snoop praised Trump in January 2024.
“Donald Trump?… He hasn't done me anything bad. He's done nothing but great things for me. He pardoned Michael Harris,” Snoop told The Sunday Times told.
“So I have nothing but love and respect for Donald Trump.”

Michael “Harry O” Harris, a colleague of Death Row Records co-founder Suge Knight and founder of the label’s parent company, Godfather Entertainment, said he was one of President Trump’s final decisions before leaving office. He was pardoned in 2021. Snoop Dogg famously signed to the label but left late in his career. Snoop acquired Death Row Records in 2022.

Mr. Harris was imprisoned for more than 30 years for conspiracy and attempted murder. Snoop Dogg praised then-Trump's firing of Harris.
President-elect Trump will be inaugurated as the 47th President of the United States on Monday, January 20th.
