A social media influencer known for exposing a drug-covered underbelly in San Francisco has been charged with minors allegedly forced to make child pornography he had shot on his iPhone.
Rich Wynn, 39, was hit by two counts of child pornography production, according to federal documents filed Tuesday.
The dishonorable social media star is said to have forced two minors to “engage in sexually explicit acts with the aim of creating a visual portrayal of such acts.”
Prosecutors believe Wynn is planning to use disturbing footage to make a profit.
Wynn has already been held in federal prison, documents say. He was first arrested after he, the woman and the woman were taken into custody at San Francisco International Airport on suspicion of pimping and pandering.
Police seized his iPhone at the time. This included sexual activity in distributed minors.
Wynne was a felon with firearms and ammunition in 2019 and was already on probation after pleading guilty to pleading guilty to possession of cocaine for intent to distribute, court documents show.

The suspect claimed he left behind a life of his crimes, and that his experience encouraged him to document the crimes and drugs that have been growing through San Francisco.
Voice Trump supporter Wynn has won important social media for his video. This depicts drug users running on the streets, showing that even school children are negotiating a crowd of homeless people. His clips were shared on conservative channels, such as Tiktok's Libs.
“I'm trying to change my life and do something good for my community. (San Franciscans) need to stand up to our city. By running away, you're not going to do anything.” He spoke to Kron4 in a 2023 interview.
Wynne has not posted on social media since her arrest in November. His YouTube account has been clearly deleted because it violates community guidelines.
If convicted of a new charge, Wynn faces a minimum of 15 years in prison and a $250,000 fine, and a minimum of five years of supervised release.
