Republican Speaker of the House Mike Johnson has revealed the guest list of everyone invited to today’s State of the Union address.

Mr. Johnson (R-Louisiana) plans to bring more than 20 guests to Thursday’s speech. This group is made up of people directly affected by illegal immigration and increased crime, an issue the party focuses on.
Johnson also invited prominent conservative athletes like Enes Kantor Freedom and Riley Gaines to the event.
Kantor Freedom is a former NBA player for the Celtics who has consistently expressed his belief that Wall Street, Hollywood, and American professional sports are “run in some way by the Chinese government.” Gaines is a former college swimmer turned women’s advocate who opposes transgender participation in women’s sports.
Additionally, families of former Hamas hostages and current hostages of the terrorist organization will be in attendance. Mia Shem, who was abducted from Israel’s NOVA music festival and held for 54 days before being released under a temporary cease-fire agreement, will attend with her mother, Keren Schaaf Shem. She was invited by Congressman Brad Sherman (D-Calif.).
Orna and Ronen Neutra, the parents of hostage Omar Neutra (22), were invited by House Speaker Johnson. After graduating from high school on Long Island, New York, Neutra went to Israel to join the military.
“I am proud to stand with the Neutra family and call on all Americans to join us in calling for the release of Mr. Omer and all other hostages held by Hamas,” Johnson said in a statement.

Joe Biden’s VIP guest at the State of the Union will reportedly be Kate Cox, a Texas woman who was given the right to get an abortion in her state because of a rare pregnancy condition.
