Jerry Seinfeld, Larry David, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus Reunite
Last week, Jerry Seinfeld, Larry David, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus met up, and, well, it definitely took fans back in time. It’s been years since these “Seinfeld” legends were seen together. Seinfeld shared a photo of the trio on social media, captioning it, “‘The Creatures were Excited…’ Christmas Eve 2025.” In the picture, they all seemed to be enjoying a good laugh.
Fans reacted positively, with one person commenting that seeing the trio gave them a sense of relief. Others echoed the sentiment, calling it an “iconic photo” or dubbing it a perfect “Christmas present.”
At 71, Seinfeld, who launched his stand-up career in 1976, starred in his own show for nine seasons. The sitcom “Seinfeld” remains one of the highest-rated series of its time.
Michael Richards on a Comeback
While Seinfeld and David crafted the beloved show, David once recounted how its concept came about during an ordinary day at the grocery store. As they discussed various products, they realized their playful banter was unlike anything on TV. “That was kind of the basis,” David recalled, noting how their conversations reflected their natural rapport.
The original cast included not just Seinfeld, Louis-Dreyfus, and David but also Jason Alexander and Michael Richards, to name a few. David described their chemistry as remarkable, stating, “It was a perfect blend. All the actors were great and just really funny people.” He added that the additions of characters like Newman and their parents were just as fitting.
Interestingly, despite the series’ lasting impact, Seinfeld has been clear about not wanting a reunion. Back in 2021, when “Seinfeld” was announced as streaming on Netflix, he told reporters, “Absolutely nothing is happening.” He described himself as nostalgic but also expressed a desire to look forward rather than dwell on the past. “I don’t know what to do,” he admitted.
