Stock futures fell on Thursday. The lawsuit comes after a massive average recovers after sticking to the outlook for two interest rate cuts in 2025.

Investors will monitor weekly unemployment claims data on Thursday, Philadelphia Fed's manufacturing survey and reports on existing home sales.
