Are you growing on Sunday? We went to St. Bernard’s Church in Edinburgh. It had a beautiful blue velvet carpet and wooden chairs. There was a small wooden gate on the upper floor, which looked attractive, but the church was dull and boring. I’m not a believer. I prefer fun Sundays to boring Sundays.
Sunday’s results? I reached a point where I realized that my lifespan was coming to an end. As bleak as it sounds, I realized that I have to enjoy life. I’m prone to depression. Now I think, “I should go out. In 20 years, I won’t be able to do that.” Just getting out of bed makes you feel alive.
Last Sunday? Last year, I lost my beloved ginger rescue terrier, Veera. Since then, Sundays have been a little sad. I don’t have a routine. At least last Sunday was fun.
last Sunday? My beloved husband and I went to our favorite French bistro, Figaro (meaning “The Happy One”) in Los Feliz. I ate a croissant. I haven’t eaten bread for a while, so I’ve been hooked on it lately. Now I’m back to bread. This isn’t great for your waistline, but it’s great for your soul.
Do you live in LA? i will do it.Then my husband – and this is what made Sunday great – said we should go to Luna Lunaan amusement park created by many great artists in the 1980s. Salvador Dali, David Hockney, Keith Haring, Jean-Michel Basquiat. I was so happy that I burst into tears.
Sunday dinner? If I could, I would try to imitate my mom and make chicken dinner on Sunday night. Once I was on a tour bus with my bandmate Duke Erickson. We were watching the Shopping Channel and they were selling this copper pot that could do anything. The next birthday, Duke gave me a copper pot. This is his lifesaver. Now he can imitate his own mother by putting chicken, vegetables, and gravy in his one pot. Bob is your uncle.
