Concours d’Elegance Lights Up Rodeo Drive
This past Sunday, Rodeo Drive morphed into a haven for luxury car aficionados, hosting the annual Concours d’Elegance in Beverly Hills. An authentic Batmobile took center stage alongside some of the rarest and priciest supercars from around the globe.
The beloved Father’s Day tradition made its grand return for its 31st year, showcasing a stunning array of hypercars, vintage classics, and Coach cars in one of the most famous shopping districts worldwide.
This year’s event, sponsored by the City of Beverly Hills and the Rodeo Drive Committee, marks a celebration of America’s upcoming 250th anniversary and Rodeo Drive’s own 50th anniversary.
The 2026 Rodeo Drive Concours d’Elegance, presented by O’Gara Coach Beverly Hills, promises a lineup of exceptional and exotic vehicles from diverse locales.
Additionally, the event pays homage to the centennial of historic Route 66 and its lasting impact on American motoring culture.
A standout at the show was a fiery red Corvette Stingray that captivated onlookers as it cruised down the boulevard. A pristine beige Rolls-Royce offered timeless elegance, while a classic red Ferrari and a lively yellow Porsche attracted attention, as expected. Yet, the real star? The shiny black Batmobile, equipped with all the gadgets a superhero could want.
Beverly Hills Mayor Craig A. Corman remarked, “The Concours d’Elegance is an annual tradition that our community eagerly anticipates. It’s a rare chance to see such a diverse collection of ‘trophy’ cars while bringing together residents and visitors to soak up the vibrant energy of our city.”
This annual gathering has evolved into one of Southern California’s must-visit automotive events, attracting collectors, enthusiasts, and families keen to get a close look at some of the most exclusive vehicles ever made.
Bruce Meyer, Chairman of the Rodeo Drive Concours, noted, “America is celebrating 250 years of history, innovation, and enduring spirit, making this year’s event particularly significant as it highlights the passion and craftsmanship that define our nation’s deep connection with the automobile.”
“We take pride in welcoming families, collectors, and car enthusiasts from all over, especially as we celebrate this iconic Father’s Day event during such a historic moment for our country.”
Organizers indicated the showcase will encompass modern hypercars as well as classic automotive legends, truly honoring luxury cars alongside American automotive heritage.
Kathy Gohari, Chair of the Rodeo Drive Committee, stated, “As Rodeo Drive celebrates its 50th anniversary, this Concours d’Elegance carries special significance. It honors the enduring ties between luxury, style, and automotive culture that have characterized this street for decades.”
“In this monumental year for Rodeo Drive, we’re excited to invite everyone to take part in this iconic celebration on Father’s Day.”
Attendees enjoyed more than just rows of high-end vehicles. They could explore interactive exhibits, indulge in gourmet food truck offerings, and engage in family-friendly attractions.
Furthermore, proceeds from the event will benefit the Beverly Hills Police Foundation and the Beverly Hills Fire Chief’s Fund, supporting first responders and their families.
