Supposed hidden Iranian nuclear weapons site revealed in exclusive satellite photos

Recent satellite imagery has raised alarms regarding Iran’s nuclear ambitions, particularly a site previously reported by opposition groups as a nuclear weapons facility. This revelation comes during ongoing negotiations between Tehran and the Trump administration. The newly identified location, situated in Semnan province, is said to cover about 2,500 acres and is significantly distant from known nuclear sites.

According to the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), this facility, referred to by officials as “Rainbow Sight,” has been operating for over a decade under the guise of a chemical production company called Diba Energy Siba. It’s notable that Iran’s Covered Nuclear Agency is reported to operate from this launch site related to the Top Space Program.

NCRI sources indicate that the primary activity at this colorful site revolves around the extraction of tritium, a radioactive isotope crucial for enhancing nuclear weapons. Unlike uranium enrichment, which might have some peaceful applications, tritium’s uses are largely military in nature, casting doubt on Iran’s claims that its nuclear pursuits are solely for energy or civilian purposes.

This information emerges as the Trump administration navigates delicate negotiations with Iran. When asked about the U.S. stance on whether Iran can maintain a nuclear enrichment program without developing weapons, President Trump stated, “We haven’t made that decision yet.” Despite the ongoing tensions, some high-ranking officials express optimism about the negotiations. Vice President J.D. Vance remarked, “We are very pleased with how the Iranians responded to some of the points we made.”

The discovery of this so-called rainbow site could further complicate an already intricate diplomatic landscape regarding Iran’s nuclear capabilities, raising questions about future agreements.
