Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson is scheduled to appear on CBS' “Late Show with Stephen Colbert” next week to mark the publication of her memoir.
Jackson, who was nominated by President Biden to be the first black woman to serve on the Supreme Court, has served only two years, the shortest term of any justice in the court's history.
She's scheduled to perform with Colbert on Tuesday's episode, which will be pre-taped in front of a live audience at New York's Ed Sullivan Theater.

She recently sat down for an interview with CBS' Norah O'Donnell to discuss the upcoming presidential election between Vice President Harris and former President Trump, who lost the 2020 presidential election but is still facing unsuccessful legal battles and criminal charges for alleged election interference.
“I think there are legal issues that arise out of the political process,” Jackson said, “so the Supreme Court has to be prepared to respond if necessary.”
Jackson, 53, has several promotional events lined up for the book's release, including sold-out talk shows at the Kennedy Center in Washington on Wednesday and in Atlanta next Thursday.
