(Associated Press) — Federal health officials said Wednesday that at least eight people have died from listeria infections caused by Boar's Head deli meat linked to a major recall last month. The new food poisoning deaths include two in South Carolina and one each in Florida, New Mexico and Tennessee, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Three deaths have already been confirmed in Illinois, New Jersey and Virginia.
