Suspect in killing of 64-year-old on her NYC porch ‘hears voices’: attorney

The man who accused his former colleague of the horrifying murder on a Queen's pouch is hallucinated “hearing his voice,” his lawyer said Saturday.

Francisco Sevilla (40) is said to have attacked 64-year-old Juliet Casida Singhin with a “recurring repetition of the head and body.” And he dragged himself with a cord tied around his neck on Thursday on 103rd Avenue, near 105th Avenue in Ozone Park, Queens, according to the criminal complaint.

Sevilla weighing 350 pounds and 5 feet 3, has hallucinated “hearing a voice,” and his defense attorney, David Strachan, said he had sought a psychiatric evaluation of his client.

Sevilla pleaded not guilty to second murder and criminal possession of a weapon, court records show.

Sources told investigators he didn't remember being “influential.”

Breast cancer survivors Kashidasin and Sevilla were involved in the construction together and fought over $300 as she clearly owed him, sources said.

Records show that Sevilla, who was arrested with blood still soaking in his hands several hours after the murder, was sent to a corrections facility on Rikers Island without bail.

Sevilla is a Mexican national who has been in the US for two years, sources said. I don't know if he legally entered the country.
