Suspect on Loose After Retired PD Sergeant Shot Multiple Times

One suspect is in custody and another remains at large after a former Chicago police sergeant was shot multiple times Monday morning.

wagon tv reported The 74-year-old man, a retired sergeant, was getting out of his car around 9 a.m.

The retired sergeant suffered at least three gunshot wounds and was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

One suspect in the shooting was arrested Monday around 1 p.m. Chicago Sun-Times quotation Aldo. Matt Martin (47th) said police were “continuing to search for the second person”.
