Suspected Tren de Aragua member released on probation in domestic battery case despite 2022 deportation order

A member of a gang suspected illegal immigrant and suspected of illegal immigrants are on probation and is free to roam the streets of Chicago, despite him being charged with household batteries, and has had his previous weapons recharge in Cook County. He was deported in 2022.

According to DHS, a member of the Venezuela 33-year-old suspected Tren Aragua gang arrived in the United States, and was deported by an immigrant judge in November of that year. Pedro Cormenales is suspected of being done. He ended up in Chicago, pleading for a deportation ruling.

Two years after the deportation ruling, Cormenales returned to the DHS radar after being in charge of arms in the Chicago area last October. DHS issued an ICE Details in Colmenares, but because of its sanctuary policy, Cook County refused to comply with the Details and Colmenares was released.

An alleged illegal immigrant and gang members go out on probation and are still free to roam the streets of Chicago, despite being charged with household batteries.

Cormenales was remanded on custody for three days this week, and was questioned by Chicago Police regarding alleged involvement in the shooting death of a 25-year-old Hispanic man last September.

Chicago police said earlier this week there could be a possible cause for illegal immigrants to be detained for murder, but the Cook County State Lawyer's Office ultimately reports the murder charge. Refusing to do so, they “reviewed” the case, explaining that they had found inadequate evidence and “uncooperative witnesses.” “
