Swing-state Muslim group endorses Jill Stein, slams Kamala Harris for ‘overseeing’ Gaza war

WASHINGTON – Campaign groups on Monday called on Muslim voters to punish Vice President Kamala Harris for “overseeing” the Israel-Hamas war and instead support Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein.

The organization, previously known as “Abandon Biden,” announced its anti-Harris support on the anniversary of Hamas terrorists massacring an estimated 1,200 people and kidnapping about 250 in southern Israel.

“Voting is not just a political act; it is a deeper moral thing. With this in mind, the Harris Abandonment Campaign officially endorses Dr. Jill Stein and Vice Presidential Candidate Butch Ware. Masu.” the group saidnow called Abandon Harris.

“We are not choosing between a greater evil and a lesser evil; we are facing two destructive forces: one currently overseeing genocide; , the other is equally committed to continuing the genocide. Both are determined to see it through to the end. I urge you to vote for the Green Party.”

Stein's name will appear on ballots in most battleground states, including Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, where Harris and former President Donald Trump are tied in the polls.

Stein, the only Jewish candidate on most state ballots, is a vocal critic of the Israeli government and its ongoing invasion of the Gaza Strip.

she told Reuters Sunday: “Democrats lost the Muslim-American and Arab-American vote. They will lose enough numbers in battleground states that they cannot and will not win.”

Before President Biden ended his campaign for a second term on July 21st, polls showed that he was among 3.5 million Muslims in the United States and 2 million Arabs, the majority of whom vote Democratic. ) showed that there was a risk of widespread abandonment.

The intensity of protests against Biden, who anti-Israel activists have slammed as “Massacre Joe,” diminished in late July when Harris, 59, became the leading Democratic candidate.

His alternative nickname, “Killer Kamala,” has garnered less attention and has seen less heckling of the vice president, who has maintained a largely pro-Israel stance, including harsher criticism of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's war efforts. There wasn't.

In a rare heckle, Harris rebuked activists in Detroit in August: If you want Donald Trump to win, say so. Otherwise, I'm talking. ”

It's unclear how much influence Avandon Harris actually has, and many of the coalition's leaders have garnered bad press for their own conduct, with some organizers accused of spousal abuse and ties to Hamas. It also includes a man accused of having a relationship and advocating flogging as a form of punishment.
