On CNN’s “OutFront” Thursday, Georgia swing voter Margarita Eberline said she doesn’t have high hopes for Vice President Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign.
“Will Harris and her message resonate with the swing vote? That’s the one she needs to win. Nick Valencia is in Georgia tonight with the latest edition of our OutFront series for Voters,” host Erin Burnett asked.
“If the election were held today, Margarita Eberlein doesn’t know who she’d vote for, and Vice President Kamala Harris’ advances in the race haven’t made the situation any clearer for her,” CNN reporter Nick Valencia said.
Eberline said, “No, it’s not something that excites me. It’s not, wow, an easy answer. It’s not an easy choice for me. It still isn’t. People assume because I’m a Latina woman, oh, I’m going to be excited about her, but it’s not that easy for me because I care about character. We had someone who was the right-hand man of someone who wasn’t healthy, and that person was silent about it. That concerns me.”
