Social media users slammed Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson after he complained that Gov. Greg Abbott was flying illegal immigrants into the city without warning.
Johnson took to the stage on the X Platform on Sunday to lament the fact that his flight from San Antonio brought hundreds of people across the U.S. southern border without his knowledge.
The mayor's post prompted conservative users to ridicule him for not being more welcoming, since Chicago's city government has declared the city a “sanctuary city.”
