Tarek El Moussa is reportedly facing potential legal issues following an incident involving a physical altercation earlier this month in Las Vegas. A report from the Metropolitan Police Department indicates that a 51-year-old man expressed his intention to file charges against El Moussa after the confrontation at the Palazzo, part of the Venetian Resort, on June 5.
Surveillance footage reviewed by police shows El Moussa “charging” at the man and pushing him during what appeared to be a tense exchange between the individual and his father. The report suggests that El Moussa may have “attacked” the victim, using his knee to push him down.
The victim reportedly sustained a “purple and reddish” bruise beneath his right eye, as well as a half-inch cut on his nose. Following the incident, authorities cited El Moussa but confirmed he had not been arrested.
A few days later, he appeared to reflect on his life and experiences, sharing a heartfelt message on social media to his daughter, Taylor, who is about to start high school. He expressed pride and hope for her future, but the specifics of any “mistakes” he referenced in his message remain unclear.
