Taylor Swift’s prop bet was the story leading up to the 2024 Super Bowl. Let’s take a look at how sports bettors fared.
In Ontario, Canada, bettors such as BetMGM, FanDuel, and Bet365 were able to bet on a variety of Swift props.
Due to strict regulations in the US, betting on Swift props was not allowed.
The madness began when BetMGM attached props to Swift for the impressive feat of hopping on a private jet, flying from Japan to Las Vegas, and landing in the early afternoon Nevada time.
The bet was +100 and was the easiest winner of all. In the end, the odds were relisted to -800 due to early money coming in for Swift to participate.
But there was much more at stake than that.
Leading up to the Super Bowl, FanDuel posted odds on whether Travis Kelce would propose to Swift on the field after the game.
Odds started at -250 and were bet as high as -3500 by near game time. Of course, despite the fairytale ending, Swift wasn’t proposed to after the game.
FanDuel also made predictions about whether Swift will wear a custom outfit made by Kristin Juszczyk, Kyle Juszczyk’s wife. Yes was +310, but the bet was wasted as Swift went in a different direction in the wardrobe department.

Andy Reid could have mentioned Swift in his postgame interview, but he didn’t. If he had done so, the bettor who bet on Yes would have received more than eight times his (+820) of the money.
