Taylor Swift’s boyfriend Travis Kelce appears to have confirmed rampant fan speculation that the pop star’s new song “So High School” is about the singer.

The song appears on Swift’s double album The Tortured Poets Department: Anthology, which was released on Friday.
“I almost laughed in the middle of practice / That impression of my dad again,” the 14-time Grammy winner sings on “So High School.” “I hear crazy voices.”
Kelsey is known for imitating Ed on New Heights, which he co-hosts with his brother Jason Kelsey, 36. Shortly after the album’s release, the New Heights X account shared an old clip of Travis and Jason joking about Ed with the caption: “Papa Kelce makes a very good impression.”

“If there’s one way to make Ed Kelce angry, it’s by not finishing the food on your plate,” Jason said. “Hey, Dad, these mashed potatoes are definitely delicious! These Hungry Jack mashed potatoes.”
“Five sticks of butter,” Travis added.
“You should eat that food and be grateful,” Jason said, imitating Ed.
“I don’t want to eat,” Travis joked, pretending to whine.
“Don’t get up until you’re done eating,” Jason said, imitating Ed.
“But I don’t want to eat it,” Travis replied. “Ed, leave me alone!”
“No, he’s going to finish his meal,” Jason said.
“And be grateful,” Travis added, imitating Ed.

Swift, who appeared in 13 games for her boyfriend last season, first met Ed at a gathering at Travis’ home in Kansas City, Missouri. During an appearance on Audacity 92.3’s “Baskin & Phelps” radio show in January, Ed recalled that when he arrived at Travis’ house, he didn’t recognize the “Blank Space” hitmaker.
Ed explained that Travis usually invites friends over to his house before home games and takes the shuttle to the stadium. He said about 20 people usually gather and although he’s met some of them, he can’t introduce them all.

“You know how to hit the ball, I know Aristotle, all new, full throttle,” Swift sang. “Touch me while your brother plays Grand Theft Auto. It’s true, I swear, Scout’s Honor. You knew what you wanted, and , boy, you got her.”
The lyrics seem to reference Kelsea’s on-field career, as well as his recent remarks in which he admitted he doesn’t know how he got Swift.
I don’t know how I did it because she wasn’t interested in sports. So I don’t know how she did it,” he said on an episode of “New Heights.”
Swift also appeared to slam a 2016 AfterBuzz TV interview in which Kelsey played a game of “Kiss, Marry, Kill.” In the first round, Kelsey was asked to choose categories from Swift, Ariana Grande, and Katy Perry.

“Ariana, I’m sorry, I love you, but you’re gone,” Kelce joked. “And the kiss will be Taylor Swift. And the last one? Katy Perry? Yes, the person you will marry will be Katy Perry.”
In “So High School,” Swift asks, “Are you going to marry me? Are you going to kiss me? Or are you going to kill me? It’s just a game, but the truth is, I’m betting on all three for both of us. (All three)” they sang.
