Teenager Arrested for Trampling Charlie Kirk Memorial
A teenager was arrested on Sunday for trampling a memorial dedicated to Charlie Kirk outside Turning Point USA’s headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. The 19-year-old, identified as Ryder Coral, was reportedly wearing a T-shirt resembling one worn by a suspect linked to Kirk’s assassination, as seen in security footage released by the FBI.
During the manhunt for Kirk’s alleged assassin, the FBI published images captured moments before the incident. The suspect, identified as 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, was seen in a long-sleeved black shirt featuring a distinct American flag design, complemented by gold and silver linings. Meanwhile, video footage from the memorial incident showed Coral in a short-sleeved black shirt with a similar logo.
Kirk founded Turning Point USA in 2012 and was tragically killed during one of the organization’s events. The video from Sunday depicted Coral destroying flowers, flags, and other tributes before a bystander intervened, physically stopping him until law enforcement arrived to apprehend the teen.
Legal analysts are now closely monitoring Coral’s connection to the broader case surrounding Kirk’s assassination. In a twist, he seems to be tied to Robinson, whose social circle allegedly harbors anti-conservative sentiments. A relative described Robinson’s attitudes as having changed, stating, “He wasn’t raised that way, but over the years… it’s radical.”
Additionally, there are ongoing investigations into possible links between left-wing groups in Utah and the case, examining if they had prior knowledge about any plans related to Robinson and Kirk.
