Telemundo reporter Adam Manantzo was walking to a hotel room with the so-called “Bourbon Street Hustler” a few hours before his death.

Several other Colbert victims have moved forward following Manzano's death, including 52-year-old David Butler, who met Colbert in the French quarter.
During their encounter, Butler said Colbert offered him a cocktail, making him feel confused and helping him get home.
“She literally took me to some sort of black suburb where I was there,” he said. NBC News. “And that's the last thing I remember that night.”

Nevada court records show Colbert was charged with grand larceny in 2022 and administered the drug to support the felony committee in two separate cases. Both cases were denied after the victim refused to testify in court.
Colbert was convicted last October of computer fraud, theft and illegal communication of financial funds, and Orleans Criminal District Judge Nandi Campbell built his prison time and instead, according to court records, for five years. He paid compensation and ordered probation.
Butler hit the sentence and claimed that if Campbell had imposed a more severe sentence, Manzano would not have lost his life.
“If the court acted decisively by imprisoning Colbert or enforcing stricter terms to her release, Manzano could still be alive today,” Butler told NBC. Ta.
