A Tennessee maniac was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of randomly killing a homeless man as he slept outside a Chinatown hotel last month, sources and police said.
According to sources, Shih-Chun Lin, 58, who is also homeless, stabbed Kang Sing Chan, 68, multiple times in the chest while she was asleep at around 3:15 a.m. on November 8. I have doubts.
Hours later, around 8:15 a.m., police found Shin Chan lying face down in a pool of blood outside the Fairfield Inn and Suites at East Broadway and Pike Street. was discovered, sources told the Post.

Officials said Lin allegedly left the brutal scene with a plastic bag tied around his waist and fled to his hometown of Bristol, Tennessee.
Police arrested him there this week.
Lin said nothing and walked with his head bowed Thursday morning as two detectives led him out of the Fifth Precinct for arraignment.
Officials said he had one previous arrest for shoplifting in Queens in 2022.
Lin was charged with murder in Manhattan Supreme Court and held without bail.
