
The footage was shot A video shared on social media showing at least 10 adults and children fighting at a kindergarten graduation ceremony in Tennessee earlier this month.
The kindergarten graduation ceremony at Buckley Carpenter Elementary School in Summerville was reportedly thrown into chaos after two women in the crowd started fighting. WHBQ.
The two adult females involved in the altercation were identified as Kiera Smith and Tysha Humphries, and were seen fighting in the bleachers of the gym while other attendees attempted to flee the altercation.
“I became hysterical. The police called an ambulance.”
But that wasn’t the only fight that broke out at the graduation ceremony, as two more men were seen punching each other on the basketball court.
When authorities finally intervened, Humphries claimed Smith had started the argument, and Smith claimed Humphries was to blame.
New York Post report Security camera footage obtained by police shows Humphries entering the gym and sitting directly behind Smith, after which Smith is seen moving to another seat near the boy and his father.
Authorities said Smith and the boy eventually got into an argument and Humphries ran down to the stands and punched Smith in the back.
Humphries’ mother, Rhonda Humphries, claimed she witnessed her son being hit in the head by an adult during a fight and that he was wrongfully arrested.
“It’s a real embarrassment for the county and I hope the law will bring to light the truth and clear my name and find out what really happened to my son because the board won’t allow me to view the video,” Humphreys said.
“I became hysterical. The police called an ambulance. They said he had a concussion and released him.”
Dantavious Gilcrease and his mother and daughter, Rhonda and Tysha Humphries, were arrested after the graduation ceremony. It is not clear what the relationship between the man and the two women is.
Gilcrease was arrested outside the school after allegedly telling Rhonda he would “shoot her in the face.”
According to reports, Tyeisha was charged with violating a protection order, inciting a riot and three counts of simple assault.
Several children have also been charged in the dispute.
Earlier this month, a brawl broke out at a Tennessee high school graduation ceremony after a student threw a gang sign at other students.
As a result of the altercation, everyone involved in the high school fight was issued juvenile summonses or misdemeanor citations and was immediately released to their parents.
