Two children have been charged in the fatal stabbing of a 59-year-old woman in Harris County, Texas, on Saturday.
Kou 11 report Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said authorities have charged the 12-year-old boy with aggravated assault, but that the 7-year-old boy is “legally innocent” in the incident.
The incident happened that afternoon at April Valley Courthouse, where authorities said the boys returned to the woman’s home after a possible earlier confrontation.
