Cassandralojas, a school assistant principal, was blinded on August 15 after a “aggressive” student in the class of action launched a clothing hanger on his face.

Rogers, now 56, responded to teachers in search of help because two sixth graders fell into a physical argument.

One of the students, a sixth grade boy, was still in the classroom when Rogers appeared and started throwing some chairs to the administrator.

Rogers dodged the chair, but her right eye was pierced into the hangar and teared it from the socket.

She was airloaded to the hospital, and she had surgery and turned her eyes to the socket, but was blind from the attack.

On January 14th, Rogers surgically removed her right eye, KWTX reported.

Despite the brutal injury, Rogers said they allowed students.

“I forgive him. I had to do it,” she said. “I am angry with the students. I am angry at the students of the students. I am in the state, because educators should not go to work and are not to be exposed to the hospital. I'm angry with the system, “she told the outlet.
