A Texas man has pleaded guilty to kidnapping a 13-year-old girl. The girl was rescued in California when an attentive passerby saw her holding up a sign that read “Help!” Sign on parked car.
according to to the statement Stephen Robert Sablan, 62, of Cleburne, Texas, pleaded guilty to the charges from the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Central District of California.

Sablan was arrested and is scheduled to be sentenced to federal prison on October 25th, with a minimum sentence of 20 years and a statutory maximum of life in prison.
