Texas woman Eunice Isgur reacts violently after hearing bagpipes in a local park.

A Texas woman recently became quite upset after encountering a man playing bagpipes in a local park.

Eunice Isgur, 76, confronted Scott Gibb, a Scottish bagpiper, at Terry Hershey Park in Houston on Monday. Reports indicate that she was filmed while confronting him, and the entire incident was captured on her cell phone.

“She claimed he didn’t have the right to play there,” Gibb recounted, adding that she mentioned calling her husband, who is a federal judge, to have him stopped.

Interestingly, Isgur shares a last name with Marvin Isger, a U.S. District Bankruptcy Judge in Texas, as reported.

According to reports, Gibb’s wife witnessed the altercation and ended up filming Isgur as she held her phone closely to Gibb’s face.

It’s claimed that Isgur then swiped at Gibb’s wife during the confrontation.

Isgur’s husband arrived at the scene but was not accused of any wrongdoing.

However, the couple was said to have followed Gibb and his wife as they left the park, which was documented in a video.

The footage revealed Isgur getting injured after stumbling during the conflict while trying to grab Gibb’s backpack.

Despite the unsettling encounter, Gibb noted that his performances in the South are generally well-received. “Texans really appreciate the sound of the pipes,” he said, highlighting that this negative reaction was quite rare for him.

Following the incident, Isgur was arrested for the injuries stemming from the assault.
