Starbucks Drops 2025 Holiday Menu
Starbucks has decided to do away with its 2025 holiday menu, which also means certain new items are expected to fly off the shelves quickly.
The beloved seasonal favorites like Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brûlée Latte, Iced Sugar Cookie Latte, and Iced Gingerbread Chai will still return. Alongside these, there will be new pastries and a collaborative holiday menu featuring Hello Kitty, as well as holiday espresso martini flights and a fresh holiday cup design.
One item that has caught a lot of attention is the “Glass Starbucks Bearista Cold Cup,” which is already generating buzz online. Shaped like a bear and topped with a green knitted beanie, this collectible is priced at $29.95.
Social media chatter suggests that this adorable cup could sell out extremely fast. A post on Reddit highlighted this sentiment, with a user asking if it might disappear on the first day: “It’s so cute you don’t want to miss out!”
”[It’ll] The barista sells it out before it even hits the shelves.”
Almost everyone in the thread seemed to agree it would go quickly. One person confidently stated, “It will definitely sell out within hours,” while another said, “The baristas will probably sell it out before it even hits the shelves.”
Interestingly, some alleged baristas have chimed in, claiming that only a small number of Bear Cups will make it to the stores. One mentioned, “We only had 2 bear glass cups in the store, so I would like one…” Another responded, “My store got 1 point.” This suggests that customers might be left disappointed.
Starbucks confirmed that these seasonal products will be available starting November 6th, but only while supplies last. So, if you’re keen on snagging one, well, you might want to be quick.
This year, the holiday cups will feature ribbons, textured designs, and spaces for personalized messages, following Starbucks’ recent push for baristas to write notes on each cup. As Starbucks’ creative director Christy Cameron mentioned, “We want our coffeehouse to be a warm, festive place where people want to come, sit, and enjoy the holidays together.”
It seems like the holiday spirit is gearing up to be quite lively, but will there be enough Bearista Cups for everyone? That’s a wait-and-see kind of question. Starbucks hasn’t responded to requests for additional comments just yet.
