CIA Director Comments on Durham Annex During Fox News Segment

This week, while on Fox News Channel’s “American Sunday Night,” CIA Director John Ratcliffe discussed the release of the Durham Annex in connection with the ongoing “Russgate” controversy.

Ratcliffe emphasized the involvement of Hillary Clinton, the 2016 Democratic presidential candidate, referring to it as the “biggest political scandal” he has witnessed in his lifetime.

During the discussion, Fox News host Trey Gowdy recounted, “I sat beside you as Comey and Brennan faced numerous questions about Russian conspiracy. They never mentioned that this was part of Clinton’s campaign strategy. They were aware of it, essentially acting as co-conspirators. Could this have been disclosed earlier if Brennan’s notes and the Durham annex hadn’t been declassified?”

In response, Ratcliffe stated, “Well, Trey, considering this, one US presidential candidate is attempting to frame another as a traitor, alleging he is a Russian agent, yet this information was kept from the public and hidden for a long time. Fortunately, I was able to share it with John Durham. The details revealed this week in his annex were enlightening.”

He elaborated, “What I discovered in this annex was quite revealing, especially regarding Clinton’s strategy and the involvement of the FBI with entities like the Soros Foundation. Before this unfolded, as shocking as it was, the FBI had initiated a criminal investigation into presidential candidate Donald Trump back on July 31, 2016. This week’s revelations from John Brennan’s Annex revealed that the Russian intelligence agency had anticipated exactly this scenario involving the Clinton plan and the FBI’s subsequent actions.”

Ratcliffe continued, “So, think about that, Trey. This intelligence was strikingly accurate, whether due to Russian foresight or sheer luck. Certainly, it led to realistic outcomes. Under oath, even Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager confirmed that such a plan existed. John Brennan convened the National Security Council, along with Biden, President Clapper, and Susan Rice, to discuss Clinton’s strategy regarding Trump, which ultimately delved into her truth surrounding the Steele dossier and its implications.”
