Actor Thomas Gilley is best known as a cast member in the 1993 cult coming-of-age film Sandlotwas arrested for throwing dumbbells at his neighbor’s car.
Gilley, 43, played Scotty Smalls in the classic 1993 film but has also appeared in several other TV series. Law & Order and Black Donnellywas arrested at his home in Horry County, South Carolina on June 2nd.

This isn’t Gilley’s first time being arrested for violent conduct: The actor was arrested in 2013 at Houston’s Bush Intercontinental Airport after a scuffle with officers when he was told he was too intoxicated to board a flight. At the time, he was charged with felony assault on a public servant.
