Hollywood star Michael Douglas has denounced the “brainwashing” that has led to anti-Israel protests at US universities, saying students taking part in the demonstrations are acting out of ignorance.
During his visit to Israel this week, Michael Douglas visited Beeri Kibbutz and the Nova music festival, two locations where the Hamas terror group carried out some of its most heinous acts on October 7th.
On October 7th, an entire Israeli family was massacred in their home in the most horrific and cruel way.
We thank Michael Douglas for visiting Kibbutz Beeri and testifying on behalf of the victims and their families.

Douglas also met with Israeli President Isaac Herzog in Jerusalem to discuss the hostages still being held by Hamas.
Michael Douglas is a legend of the silver screen, but what he saw today in southern Israel wasn’t a movie set. It was the scene of one of the worst crimes against humanity, perpetrated by brutal Hamas terrorists against a peace-loving people.

During his meeting with Herzog, Douglas reportedly said he was “deeply shocked” by the anti-Israel protests and encampments that have taken over top US universities.
According to multiple reports, he suggested the students involved had been “brainwashed” because “when you talk to a lot of them, they have no education or knowledge.”
Douglas posted a video of himself filmed at the Nova Festival.
“I know there are two sides to every conflict and I respect that, but I hope this war ends soon so that we don’t hate each other for the rest of our lives,” he said in the video.
Douglas and his wife, Catherine Zeta-Jones, recently hosted a fundraiser for Biden, and in an interview with CNN, Douglas described the 81-year-old Biden as “very intelligent.”
