“I've been through so much more than I ever have before. I don't think I've ever had a drink every day of the year before, but that was 2023 for me.”

Holmes admitted that he drank “easily 18 drinks” a day, but Robach felt that was too high.

The couple is using their newfound sobriety to focus on training for a half marathon.
