After the Army was first reserved, he identified the third soldier in a Black Hawk helicopter involved in a fatal aerial collision on Wednesday near Reagan National Airport.

CPT. Rebecca M. Robach in Dallam, North Carolina, has been an air officer in the Army since July 2019, and has been flying about 500 hours in Blackhawk under her belt.

Robach's family initially called for her identity for the unfounded accusation that the day was a crash factor.
