Three illegal immigrants have been charged in connection with a fatal drunk driving crash Saturday night on an Arlington, Texas highway.
According to the Arlington Police Department, 25-year-old Cesar Ramirez Castro drove a Ford 150 as he bent over the shoulder of an I-20 and slammed the truck into a parked vehicle.
The vehicle then collided with a concrete barrier and burned.
When the fire went out, a 22-year-old man was found dead in the car.

Police charged Ramirez Castro with one of the manslaughter charges of poisoning and one of the clashes involving death.
According to prison records, he has immigration hold.

Two passengers in the vehicle, Marcelino Ramirez, 30, and Daniel Castrozan Maron, 24, were both arrested in one count of public poisoning.

Honduras National David Hector Rivassaguthum, 21, is charged with capital murder.
He was released illegally to the United States in 2021 under the Biden administration's policies and released. He was scheduled to remove him from the country in 2023, but the removal procedure never occurred.
