Tiger Woods’ Return to Golf with Vanessa Trump by His Side
Vanessa Trump was right there to witness her boyfriend, Tiger Woods, as he made his much-anticipated comeback to golf during the TGL Finals, held in Palm Beach on Tuesday.
The former model and ex-wife of Donald Trump Jr. shared an affectionate hug and kiss with the golf legend, who is 50, prior to the match between Jupiter Links and the Los Angeles Golf Club.
At SoFi Center, the 48-year-old Vanessa and her daughter, Kai, who is emerging as a golfer at the University of Miami, were actively cheering for Woods from the stands.
They shared another heartfelt moment following Woods’ match.
This marked Woods’ season debut after undergoing lumbar disc replacement surgery last October. In March of the previous year, he also had surgery for a torn left Achilles tendon.
He hasn’t participated in any regular tournaments since the 2024 British Open at Royal Troon.
After the TGL Finals loss, Woods mentioned that he aims to compete in next month’s Masters. “I’ve been working hard, but this body isn’t going to recover like it did when I was 24 or 25. It’s not like I’m not putting in the effort.” He noted he’s won the Masters five times. “I’ve been trying for a while… it took me a while to bounce back after some significant injuries,” he explained.
“But I keep trying. I want to play. I love the tournament. I’ve cherished it since I was 19. It’s important to me and my family. I plan on attending The Loop and Champions Dinner regardless.”
When asked about when he would decide, Woods said, “I don’t know, but we’ll see. I’ll be practicing at home this week and working towards progress.”
The contrast between the high-tech indoor TGL setup and the physical demands of the Masters, which features over 7,000 yards of hilly terrain, was clear.
Vanessa and Kai have been incredibly supportive of Woods, attending several golf events recently. They were also seen capturing moments together at the 2026 Genesis Invitational last month.
Interestingly, Woods had previously addressed his relationship with Trump on Instagram last March, confirming that they were taking things at a more measured pace as their bond evolved from friendship to something deeper.
