In March, Kamala Harris became the first vice president in US history to visit an abortion clinic, accompanied by Minnesota Governor Tim Walz (Democrat), who is now Harris’ running mate in the 2024 presidential election.
Walz, who describes himself as pro-abortion and was even urged by former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) to “step back,” accompanied Harris on a visit to a Planned Parenthood clinic in St. Paul, Minnesota. After the visit, Walz said: said CNN points out that “old white men” need to talk more about abortion.
“I think older white men need to learn how to talk about this a little bit more,” Walz said at the time, “and it’s important to listen to women. Listen to what they’re saying. And when you listen to them, you’re hearing them speak loudly and at the ballot box.”
Governor Tim Walz has been so extreme on abortion that Nancy Pelosi once told him he needed to “soften up” and become more moderate.

During her visit to the clinic, Harris met with Dr. Sarah Traxler, chief medical officer for Planned Parenthood of North Central. The abortion clinic was open during the vice president’s visit, but reporters remained in the lobby. Rep. Betty McCollum (D-Minn.) was also in attendance.
Harris made the trip as part of a nationwide abortion tour ahead of the 2024 presidential election and before President Joe Biden gave up on reelection due to growing concerns about his cognitive decline. Harris was seen as the Biden reelection campaign’s designated pro-abortion advocate, as she has been less shy about speaking out in support of abortion than the self-described Catholic president.

The Biden-Harris administration is perhaps the most pro-abortion administration in U.S. history. Through Through executive orders, rulemaking, guidance from unelected government officials, and a variety of legal challenges, they are trying to instill abortion-on-demand policies throughout the country and around the world.
Harris has brought her pro-abortion fervor to her presidential run, bolstered by the support she has received from the abortion lobby throughout her political career. Notably, she has refused to mention what abortion restrictions she supports.
Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has signed a bill making it legal to kill a baby through pre-birth abortion.

Abortion giant Planned Parenthood Celebrated Harris picked Walz as her vice president, calling the pair “the most pro-reproductive freedom candidates in history.”
Pro-life groups have similarly warned about how dangerous a Harris-Waltz administration would be to unborn children.
“Kamala Harris and Tim Walz are the most pro-life presidential candidates in American history. There is no divide between them on this issue,” SBA Pro-Life America director Marjorie Dannenfelser said in a statement. “Walz is not a moderate on abortion.”
