One joke certainly caught Tom Brady’s attention.
On Netflix’s “The Roast of Tom Brady” on Sunday night, legendary comedian Jeff Ross had his turn as Brady, as was the purpose of the show.
But things changed when Ross started talking about Brady, the 199th overall pick in the 2000 draft, joining the Patriots.
“Tom became a Patriot, moved to New England, and on the first day of training camp, the lanky rookie walked into owner Robert Kraft’s office and said, ‘I’m the worst your organization has ever been. “It was the best decision I ever made,” Ross said. He said. “Shall I give you a massage?”

Mr. Ross blew a kiss to Mr. Kraft, who was in attendance. That’s when Brady got up from his seat and made the first audible reaction of the night.
“Don’t say that again,” Brady told Ross with a smile.
Mr. Kraft was charged with solicitation of prostitution in February 2019 after a multi-county investigation into massage parlors in Florida, and police said Mr. Kraft had sex acts at the Orchid of Asia Spa in January 2019. He announced that he had recorded himself paying for the money.
Mr. Kraft maintained his innocence, but a federal judge in Florida later ruled that the recordings were taken using illegal surveillance and must be destroyed.
The lawsuit was dismissed in September 2019.
“I am truly sorry,” Kraft said in a March 2019 statement regarding the incident. “I know that I have hurt and disappointed my family, close friends, colleagues, fans, and many others who rightfully hold me to high standards.
“Throughout my life, I have always tried to do the right thing. The last thing I want to do is disrespect another human being.
“…As I move forward, I hope to continue to use the platform I have been blessed with to help others and strive to make a difference. I expect to be judged by my actions, and through those actions, I hope to earn back your trust and respect.”
Brady responded to Ross’ jokes about Kraft, but remained particularly silent as Ross and host Kevin Hart lambasted ex-wife Gisele Bündchen and the couple’s divorce.
