NFL legend Tom Brady explained that over 20 years of professional football can damage a man's body, even a quarterback.
Brady has promoted his own supplements and stretching programs for many years, but he said he helped his longevity throughout his 23-year career. But even his TB12 program could not prevent injuries from being injured by his most effective weapon, his throwing hand.
In a recent video on his YouTube channel, Brady explained how much his thrower had been damaged over the years.
Oddly, this came out during a Cooking challenge Along with chef Nick Degiovanni, the chef said it appears that Brady has “chef's hands.”
“Tom, this… I'm impressed again, you've got the chef's hand again.”
The Brady photographer asked for clarity, and the chef replied, “It means you can touch something really, really hot and you don't flinch. You have no problem with it, and this is impressive.”
The videographer then asked the chef if there was a correlation between the “chef hand” and the “football hand”, but Brady quickly dismissed the concept with an explanation of why he wasn't feeling much about the hand he was throwing.
“These hands were beaten quite a bit over the long period,” Brady began. “Look at those fingers,” he said. “I can't even bend that finger anymore. Even if you try to straighten it…it's just falling,” he indicated.
Brady then pointed to the “teared ligaments” on his index finger, the torn ligaments along his middle finger, and the broken ring finger.
The seventh Super Bowl winner flipped his hand over and revealed that his palm was “teared” with the same hand, hinting at the torn muscles in the center of his hand.

Despite these devastating injuries, Brady never missed a significant amount of playing time due to his hands. The former New England Patriot missed the entire season in 2008. ACL tearsBut after a low hit in the first quarter of the first game of the season.
a list Of Brady's injuries from the draft shark, it refers to a laceration from the 2018 shark draft, but other than that, the quarterback has no official list of hand injuries. However, he has a broken leg in 2010, a calf strain and ankle sprain in 2014, a elbow sprain in 2019, and a 2021 MCL tear.
Despite all the injuries, Brady is still coming out to support football defensive players, supporting the idea that they should have freedom to provide a hit.
“Now they're trying to protect them from being unable to be punished,” Brady said in February. He then described the venture outside the pocket as something like a “five-lane highway.” Quarterbacks need to understand that they are at risk.
Brady also proposed a rule that allows players to hit a quarterback if they are “within five yards.”
