In this narrative, Jack Ciattarelli emerges as the hero – end of story!
The owners of the mansion in North Caldwell, New Jersey, which stood in for Tony Soprano’s home on the iconic HBO series, are throwing their support behind Republican candidates in a closely contested gubernatorial election.
“All I can say is he aligns with our beliefs and is poised to do an excellent job. Our state can’t handle another 25 years of this situation. It’s just terrible,” remarked the homeowner, preferring to remain anonymous, on Election Day.
“Ciattarelli is a solid family man and has plenty of great ideas, so we’re definitely backing him 100%,” the owner added.
The impressive 5,600-square-foot house is located on a picturesque cul-de-sac in a bustling Essex County area, complete with a prominent sign for Governor Jack displayed in the well-kept front yard.
This property last hit the market in 2019 with a price tag of $3.4 million, but it has since been removed from listings.
The owner, who seems to feel that glimpsing this famous TV home is a bit too flashy, stated there was no question about whom the fictional mob boss from the show would support.
“Tony Soprano would definitely have voted for Ciattarelli. He’d want everything to run smoothly and efficiently, and I believe that Jack will help achieve that,” the owner expressed.
Ciattarelli faces off against Democratic state Representative Mikie Sherrill, who resides approximately three miles from the well-known Sopranos property in suburban Montclair.
Currently, polls from RealClearPolitics indicate that Sherrill holds a narrow lead of 3.3 percentage points over Ciattarelli.
