Top 5 Issues Voters Support that Kamala Harris Does Not

A clear disconnect exists between the policies voters support and Vice President Kamala Harris’ positions on those policies.

Five contradictions, Exposure That’s a spinoff from the official Republican platform, according to a recent Harvard/Harris poll. Pollsters recorded voters’ opinions of the platform, which contradicts Harris’ positions.

The poll was conducted among 2,196 registered voters from July 26 to 28. The poll has a margin of error of plus or minus 2.1 percentage points.

Below are five policy differences between voters and Harris’ positions.

  • Supported by 83% of independents

Harris is Not supported The Federalist’s Brianna Lyman had this to say about the integrity of the election:

Shortly after taking office, President Joe Biden tapped Harris to lead his administration’s efforts on voting.

The Biden-Harris administration has vehemently opposed measures to protect election security, such as voter ID laws and laws banning foreign nationals from voting in federal elections. Harris has been vocal in her commitment to eliminating any threats to election security both as a senator and as vice president, a frightening omen of what could happen if she wins in November.

President Joe Biden signed Executive Order 14019 in March 2021, directing federal agencies to intervene in elections by developing plans to “increase voter registration and voter participation.” The crux of this operation is that federal agencies are using taxpayer money (never appropriated for such a function by Congress) to target voter demographics that are more likely to vote Democratic.

2) Removing men from women’s sports

  • Supported by 79% of independents

Biden-Harris Administration Affirmed According to AthleteAlly.org, here are the percentages of men playing women’s sports:

Today, Biden Presidential Decree The order upholds the Supreme Court’s decision in Bostock v. Clayton County, which holds that LGBTQ people are protected from discrimination in the workplace (including restrooms, locker rooms, sports, and dress codes), housing, and health care across federal agencies. The order also emphasizes the need to address intersectional discrimination, which specifically affects Black transgender Americans. The order does not provide specific rights or legal standards, which will need to be clarified through future guidance.

Biden is expected to reinstate Obama-Biden administration guidance that was rescinded by the Trump-Pence administration, allowing transgender students to use sports, restrooms and locker rooms according to their gender identity. Biden’s Education Department will also issue guidance on two legal battles over transgender athletes — a Connecticut lawsuit targeting transgender athletes and Idaho’s HB 500 — that is expected to reverse the Trump administration’s discriminatory positions.

3) Repeal the electric vehicle mandate and reduce costly and burdensome regulations.

  • 70% of voters in favor
  • Supported by 67% of independents

Harris support According to the American Energy Alliance, the EV mandates are as follows:

Vice President Harris has also consistently Biden Administration’s Unpopular EV MandateDuring the 2020 presidential campaign, Harris promised ambitious climate change policies. She aimed to have 50% of new car sales be electric vehicles (EVs) by 2030, and to have a 100% transition to EVs by 2035. The Harris-Biden administration 94 administrative actions According to the Migration Policy Institute, the bill rolled back nearly all immigration policy in its first 100 days, reversing nearly every Trump-era measure, including narrowing “the scope of domestic immigration enforcement.”

President Joe Biden took office with an ambitious immigration agenda, but some of his administration’s early efforts have been overshadowed or even curtailed amid public attention on the high number of asylum seekers and other migrants arriving at the U.S. southern border. The number of migrants encountered at the border in March was the highest since 2001, and the administration has been reluctant to expand capacity to handle the growing numbers and has sent conflicting messages about who it will allow into the country.

But Biden will mark his 100th day in office on April 30 and, without much fanfare, has matched and in some cases surpassed the accomplishments of his predecessors in other areas of immigration policy during the same period. As of this writing, the Biden administration has issued 94 executive orders related to immigration, according to a tally by the Migration Policy Institute (MPI). By comparison, President Donald Trump issued fewer than 30 executive orders in his first 100 days in office, making him the most aggressive on immigration issues of any U.S. administration to date.

The Biden administration’s early efforts include narrowing the scope of immigration enforcement in the United States, repealing most of the travel and visa restrictions imposed under the previous administration, expanding humanitarian protections, making immigrant benefits more accessible, and adopting a new approach to border enforcement. Biden was also notable for pledging to support comprehensive immigration legislation that would include legalizing an estimated 11 million illegal immigrants in the country.
