Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott Celebrate Daughter’s Graduation Together
Tori Spelling and her former husband, Dean McDermott, were seen together in Southern California, celebrating their daughter Stella’s high school graduation on Thursday. It was quite the occasion!
The former “Beverly Hills, 90210” star sported a white and cream bohemian sundress, while 18-year-old Stella marked this important milestone. Dean, dressed casually in a white T-shirt and brown slacks, was captured taking photos of his daughter during the graduation ceremony. They both cheered enthusiastically, showcasing their support for Stella.
Interestingly, the two ex-spouses sat next to each other, sharing light conversation while also participating in the graduation practice.
Stella, glowing in her royal blue graduation cap and adorned with a white flower lei, looked radiant as she received her diploma. Afterward, she posed for pictures with her parents on the football field, just seven months after finalizing their divorce.
In one memorable moment, Tori, 53, was spotted carrying what seemed to be Stella’s blue graduation cap as they departed the event.
The family appeared to leave together, with McDermott and Spelling walking alongside their children.
This reconciliatory moment comes almost three years post their separation announcement after 18 years of marriage and raising five children together. McDermott had shared on social media that their split was a difficult decision, although he later deleted the post.
In March 2024, Spelling officially filed for divorce from McDermott, known for their reality show “Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood.” In November, a judgment was issued, unveiling that they owe over $1.7 million in unpaid taxes.
Reflecting on her situation post-divorce, Spelling expressed gratitude for the amicable co-parenting relationship they maintain. She noted how she had witnessed complex family dynamics in others and felt fortunate. Despite expectations for a tumultuous divorce, it turned out to be quite the opposite—easy and filled with love.
