The actor had never heard of adult membership sites, so Spelling explained, “Originally, I think a lot of women in that field were like that, not sex workers.”

Shatner interjected: “Hold on a second. When you say, ‘Not sex workers, but that kind of thing,’ either they are or they’re not. They’re either having sex or they’re not.”

He speculated that OnlyFans participants might be “looking for sexual adventure.”

Shatner questioned what kind of “stuff” would be broadcast, to which Spelling replied, “If I appear in a bikini or some other revealing clothing, people can subscribe and pay an extra fee to see, say, some shots where my breasts are exposed…”

“–I’m showing you everything,” he interjected.

“If you want!” Spelling explained. “If you choose.”

“Originally, it wasn’t sex workers who worked in this field, it was mostly women, I think, but that’s who they were,” Spelling said.

“I mean, there are apps out there like GoFundMe where you can get financial help,” the Star Trek star said, suggesting that the fundraiser could simply be named “I Need Help Raising My Kids.”

Spelling laughed and admitted, “That’s what I need. Can I start doing that? Educating my kids about money so they don’t end up like me.”

Shatner offered an alternative: “Let them work.”

“Do you think your oldest child is good at math?” he asked, to which Spelling replied, “No.”

The “Beverly Hills 90210” star added, “I mean, you can subscribe, but a lot of actresses are subscribing now and showing off all kinds of stuff.”

“Are you good at volleyball?” he asked, and she replied, “No.”

“Are you good at being a homebody?” he asked. “Yes!” she replied cheerfully.

“So she stays at home and people pay her to stay at home and distance themselves from their lives,” Shatner said with a laugh, to which Spelling replied, “Yeah! That’s OnlyFans!”
