Tori Spelling states that people frequently make untrue accusations about her undergoing procedures.

Tori Spelling revealed recently that over her long career, which started at 17, she has faced “horrifying” accusations about undergoing plastic surgery, claims she insists are untrue.

“Since I was 17, even before we had the internet, there were tabloids like the Enquirer and the Globe,” the 52-year-old shared with Dr. Terry Dubrow during their discussion about cosmetic procedures.

While the publication suggested she had chin and cheek implants, Spelling clarified that her only procedure was a nose job.

She mentioned that her father, Aaron Spelling, had reassured her, explaining that tabloids tend to shift focus to different stories quickly. Yet, that early experience still resonates with her. “When I was 17, it shattered my entire soul,” she reflected. “I was a teenager trying to figure things out while also being on TV.”

Even now, with social media in play, Spelling expressed discomfort over people’s assumptions about her appearance. “It’s daunting. I’m heading toward 53, and I find myself going the opposite direction intentionally because that’s what everyone expects,” she explained. “Every time I share a photo, people comment, ‘No seams!’ I think, ‘No!’”

She has found it challenging to ignore the comments. “But sometimes, I can’t help but think, ‘No! That’s not true! I’ve had some fillers before, but not now—there’s just Botox. Why would I lie?'”

Spelling has previously discussed having breast implants done at a strip mall following a friend’s suggestion. “At 19, I was baffled thinking, ‘This isn’t Beverly Hills. What’s happening?’” she said, adding that her close friends from that time were supportive during her recovery.

Regarding her surgical choices, she noted, “He was a great doctor. It felt more like an outpatient center in a strip mall.” She described her natural breasts as a B-cup and expressed that she simply wanted a fuller appearance. “I just got it done again—third time’s a charm,” she joked, adding that she hoped to make them smaller this time, reflecting on how she once loved her natural shape.
