Trace Cyrus says his dad is threatening ‘legal action’ over open letter

Trace Cyrus claims that things have escalated between him and his father, Billy Ray Cyrus, including threats of legal action from the “Achy Breaky Heart” singer.

Following President Donald Trump's performance at the inauguration and his open letter expressing concern for his father's health, Trace posted an update on his father's alleged reaction.

“My message Dad was beyond loving. I could have been more honest, but I don't want to put your business out there like that,” he began.

“But it is a disgrace to threaten me with legal action that you would like me to seek help from.”
