Cross-Dressing Prostitute Arrested in Texas

A 23-year-old male, described by authorities as a cross-dressing prostitute, was apprehended following an attempt to escape a police sting operation in Texas.

On February 10, an undercover officer from the Irving Police Department’s Vice Division made contact with a person who was promoting escort services online and arranged a meeting for sexual activities.

When officers confronted the individual, he initially raised his hands. However, he quickly fled as they pursued him.

During the initial conversation, the officer was quoted a fee of $300 for sex. In later messages, terms were negotiated, including an offer for services without a condom for $400. Authorities indicated that these discussions were likely to establish trust, ensuring the individual did not realize he was dealing with law enforcement.

They coordinated a meeting at the Red Roof Inn situated along the Airport Freeway in Irving. Upon arrival, the man was sent a text with his room number. Officers observed a white Kia outside and noted a male exiting the vehicle and approaching the room.

Confronted by the police, the man raised his hands but soon darted away, leading officers on a chase.

He ascended to the second floor and jumped off the building, landing on the concrete below.

Despite his alleged resistance, police managed to apprehend him. The suspect, identified as Fernando Jose Ortiz Gutierrez from Arlington, faces multiple charges, including prostitution, evading arrest, resisting arrest, and various offenses related to an existing local warrant.

Authorities later revealed that Ortiz-Gutierrez was in the country illegally, prompting Immigration and Customs Enforcement to take him into custody.
